Here we will go over all of the Remnant 2 The Forgotten Kingdom DLC Aberrations of which there are 5 with most of them being unlocked during particular circumstances or having particular requirements to cause them to spawn.
An Aberration will, for the most part, be in the same place in a given area, however, given Remnant 2’s procedural generation mechanic, you may not always find a given location in your current run.
Usually, an Aberration will have special abilities attached to it which are detailed under the Aberrations health bar and depending on what the modifiers are for a given fight, they might not do a lot or they might exponentially increase the difficulty of an encounter with an Aberration.
The Aberrations in the, The Forgotten Kingdom DLC can be a serious challenge as they are usually fought in tight spaces or in areas filled with other enemies increasingly the difficulty of the fight considerably.
The 5 Aberrations which can be fought throughout the, The Forgotten Kingdom DLC are:
Charred Sentry
Location: The Forgotten Kingdom DLC, Ancient Canopy.
Rewards: Pressure Point Mutator, Scrap x250.
The Charred Sentry is a flower pot turned assassin waiting in the waters at the end of a gully who potentially has some of the roughest abilities to help it bring you down.
Without those abilities though, it’s a very simple Aberration to bring down.

Protector Of The Grove
Location: The Forgotten Kingdom, Deserted Atelier.
Rewards: Thousand Cuts Mutator, Scrap x250.
There are at least 2 variations of the Deserted Atelier biome, the one you need will have a square section on the map in a straight line from the main biome checkpoint.
Follow the left path down to a Grove with a large Doe statue at the back. It’s here you need to become a Butcher and eliminate ever Deer in the area until the Protector of the Grove Aberration appears who can be a challenge to bring down.

Stonewing Lurker
Location: The Forgotten Kingdom, Luminous Vale.
Rewards: Far-Sighted Mutator, Scrap x250.
The Stonewing Lurker is a very powerful Aberration, so powerful in fact it won’t actually spawn until you have defeated Lydusa at the end of the Forgotten Kingdom DLC story so, with that done be prepared to be dive bombed and screeched back to the checkpoint if you get caught short.
The abilities as they usually do will define the difficulty of the fight which can be cranked up to near maximum given the potential of the other enemies and Specials you can face alongside this overgrown Budgie.

The Bloodless Heir
Location: The Forgotten Kingdom DLC, Goddess’s Rest.
Rewards: Corrupted Lumenite Crystals x5, Scrap x500.
Before you can find the Bloodless Heir you must first open the doorway in the Goddess’s Rest biome by activating the plinths around igniting the braziers lighting the way for the door locks to be released.
With that done, interact with the bowl without the Cherished Fracture in your inventory where the Bloodless Heir will kindly slap you back to the checkpoint if you allow it to. Tough fight this one.

The Emissary
Location: The Forgotten Kingdom DLC, Infested Abyss.
Rewards: Near-Sighted Mutator, 100 Scrap.
Head through the Infested Abyss biome taking down the 3 Root Nexus as you go as well as the Armies of enemies and Specials who spawn in where you will eventually come to the Emissary.
I recommend submitting at first which will help you unlock The Burden Hardest to Bear and the Profane Heart Relic then re rolling and going back through to the Emissary this time refusing to submit where you will be thrown into a weird battle against an Aberration who can only be hurt whilst he’s moving.
Deal with or avoid the negative skills the Emissary spawns with then focus fire as the Emissary tries to attack you. Rinse and repeat until you bring the self proclaimed God of the Root down.
