Here is the Remnant 2 Bastion Aberration guide which will help you find and take down a powerful Aberration in The Labyrinth which is situated at the end of a secret path which requires precise timing to navigate.
Location: The Labyrinth, Fractured Ingress.
Rewards: Vengeful Strike x1, Scrap x375.
I recommend taking down the Labyrinth Sentinel boss who is a mandatory boss in Remnant 2, in doing so you will come to a glitching portal along the way with a section of wall to the right of the portal you can shoot to reveal a doorway leading back through to the Fractured Ingress checkpoint.
Starting from the Fractured Ingress checkpoint go left then out the doorway you opened up by the glitching portal and go straight, dealing with the enemies as you go then jump off the platform at the end of the staircase where a bridge will form.
You will take a heavy from landing so ensure your health is over half to avoid death then go forward on to solid ground where there will be a seemingly impossible jump to make.
Wait there for a number of seconds where a platform will appear which is one of the glitching portal destinations. You need to move quickly across the platform as it won’t stay there for long and the ground will start to fall away as soon as you land on the platform itself.
From here, head forward dropping down carefully to the lower level through the passage where Bastion will appear who is a large, Golem who will perform a series of shockwaves that are hard to get out of if you’re caught in the initial wave as well as slamming around causing heavy damage.
In the centre of the arena is a hole that if you drop down and the Golem doesn’t follow you, you will need to use the portal and go back around dropping down to the bridge, jumping the gap across the platform and back down in to the arena.
If Bastion doesn’t have Displacer as an ability you will be able to shoot it from above with no threat of attack, however, if, like me, Bastion has Displacer then it will glitch you down to the hole making this a tough fight so choose your strategy based on the abilities the Aberration has.
Bastion’s weak point is on its upper right shoulder and is the only real way to inflict any significant damage so aim there as best as you can whilst avoiding or putting down the smaller Golems in the fight until you bring the big guy down.
