Trophy Guide
This will require you to collect Undead Bone Shards then burn them in the Firelink Shrine bonfire to increase the effectiveness of your Estus / Ashen Estus Flasks whenever you use them
There are 10 Undead Bone Shards to collect throughout Lordran, all of which can be collected in one playthrough. You will need to collect and then burn them at Firelink Shrine in order to unlock your trophy / achievement, simply collecting them isn’t enough

Here are the locations of all 10 Undead Bone Shards in the order you can collect them
Undead Bone Shard 1
Undead Settlement, Dilapidated Bridge bonfire
From the bonfire, make your way up and around to the Tower where the Giant can be found if you take the elevator up or down to the Road of Sacrifices. Ride the elevator up (step up then roll off of the elevator with Siegward of Catarina causing another elevator to come down, ride this one up) and Make Peace with the Giant first, otherwise this Undead Bone Shard is nearly impossible to get successfully
head back to the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire so you have your bearings then go forward pass the Hollow Manservant enemy staying right, either allow the Giant to take out the enemies or do it yourself. You then need to perform a running jump onto the ledge to your right, upon which will be the Undead Bone Shard

Road of Sacrifices, Keep Ruins bonfire
Make your way down the ramp then go over to the small tower to the right which contains a lot of Rotten Slugs, deal with them all to be able to collect the Undead Bone Shard

Cathedral of the Deep, Cleansing Chapel bonfire
Head up through and pass the Reanimated Corpses coming out of the ground, cross the bridge and continue forwards where you will face a Cathedral Grave Warden coming down the stairs, deal with it then head right before going up the stairs. Continue forward to find the Undead Bone Shard behind a tombstone

Undead Bone Shard 4
Road of Sacrifices, Abyss Watchers bonfire
Go through into the Catacombs of Carthus, make your way through the crypt where you will find a long set of stairs going down with several Skeleton enemies. Take care around the rolling ball as it can easily knock you off the stairs. Once at the bottom of the stairs, head through the archway then to your immediate right is a Skeleton with a Mages Hat, defeat it then wait for the ball to come back down. As long as you have defeated the hat wearing Skeleton, the ball will then smash against the wall, allowing you to collect the Undead Bone Shard
Go through into the Catacombs of Carthus, make your way through the crypt where you will find a long set of stairs going down with several Skeleton enemies. Catacombs of Carthus, Demon Ruins bonfire
Head back to the Smouldering Lake and take out the Carthus Sandworm. As long as you haven’t disabled the ballista, the splash damage will do a good job of taking out the Sandworm, just keep rolling so you don’t take to much damage, healing as often as you can. Once the Carthus Sandworm is defeated, you will acquire the Undead Bone Shard
Head back to the Smouldering Lake and take out the Carthus Sandworm. As long as you haven’t disabled the ballista, the splash damage will do a good job of taking out the Sandworm, just keep rolling so you don’t take to much damage, healing as often as you can. Once the Carthus Sandworm is defeated, you will acquire the Undead Bone Shard

Catacombs of Carthus, Demon Ruins bonfire
Make your way down the stairs then take a right aiming for the staircase in the floor off to your left
Once down here, take care around the enemies as they can do a very fast, effective job of emptying your health bar. So take them and the fire orbs out one by one then once it’s safe to do so head to the far left wall where you will find the Undead Bone Shard

Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, Church of Yorshka bonfire
Go out through the left exit from the bonfire, once outside go round to the right. You’ll find the Undead Bone Shard behind the large tombstone at the back of the area

Irithyll Dungeon, Profaned Capital bonfire
Right next to where the bonfire is, on the same ledge will be Laddersmith Gilligan from Dark Souls II, he is holding the Undead Bone Shard

Undead Bone Shard 9
Lothric Castle, Dragon Barracks bonfire
If you haven’t done so already, you will need to take out the 2 Wyverns across the bridge, to do so effectively, bring the strongest bow you can lay your hands on and as many arrows as you can carry. Stand behind the battlement to the left of the bridge and whittle their health down. If you destroy the one on the left it will kill both of them so focus fire there. Once they have been defeated, make your way to the end of the bridge they are guarding and drop off to the right. Turn around to find the Undead Bone Shard underneath the bridge
If you haven’t done so already, you will need to take out the 2 Wyverns across the bridge, to do so effectively, bring the strongest bow you can lay your hands on and as many arrows as you can carry. Lothric Castle, Grand Archives
Head up and through the Archives then navigate your way across the rooftops with the Gargoyles. Once you are back in the Archives, you will find a Scholars’ corpse sitting in a chair holding the Undead Bone Shard

Collect all 10 Undead Bone Shards ensuring you burn them in the Firelink Shrine bonfire to unlock your Trophy / Achievement
